In 1007 multi-ethnic Southeast Asian T2D patients, dietary patterns differed significantly across validated clinical subtypes, with the most insulin-resistant subtype (SIRD-RII) showing higher unhealthy diet patterns and subtype-specific associations with comorbidities. These findings support personalized dietary recommendations for T2D precision nutrition.
