Dual-platform plasma proteomics (SomaScan + NULISA) of 56 NSCLC patients at multiple surgical and ICI timepoints identified distinct plasma protein signatures predicting surgical recurrence (elevated COX7A2L, FGF19, lower MUC16, IL36G) and ICI response (lower baseline IL-6, CCL19, SPP1), with key biomarkers validated across platforms. This study supports blood-based proteomic monitoring as a complement to tissue biopsy for NSCLC management decisions.
