This cross-sectional study in a cardiometabolic-enriched community cohort demonstrates that an in vivo MRI-based arteriolosclerosis marker (ARTS) correlates with multiple ATN(V) Alzheimer's biomarkers including amyloid, tau, neurodegeneration markers, and GFAP, as well as white matter hyperintensity burden. The findings strengthen the mechanistic link between vascular risk factors and Alzheimer's pathology, supporting cardiometabolic risk factor modification for Alzheimer's prevention.
