Registry analysis of 2,371 Czech HL patients (2000-2024) demonstrates excellent 10-year overall survival >90% for patients <60 years across all stages, with markedly inferior outcomes in those ≥60 years (10-year OS 45-74% by stage). Real-world registry data supports integration of checkpoint inhibitors and brentuximab vedotin into first-line therapy to improve both efficacy and toxicity.
