An 81-year-old man developed acquired hemophilia A following influenza vaccination, successfully treated with hemostatic therapy and immunosuppressants. This rare case suggests influenza vaccination as a possible trigger for AHA and should be considered in the differential diagnosis of newly diagnosed AHA without other identifiable causes.
