This preclinical study demonstrates that nimotuzumab, an anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody, can reverse acquired resistance to KRAS G12D inhibitors in pancreatic cancer through MEK/ERK-unfolded protein response regulation. The finding provides a rational combination strategy to overcome a major limitation of the new class of KRAS inhibitors.
