A Bayesian network meta-analysis of 17 RCTs (1230 adolescents) found semaglutide 2.4 mg SC associated with the largest reductions in body weight, BMI, and waist circumference in adolescents with obesity, while dulaglutide 1.5 mg showed the largest HbA1c improvement. Most active-treatment comparisons were indirect through sparse networks, so agent rankings are hypothesis-generating and should not be interpreted as definitive clinical superiority.
