In a nationwide Swedish population-based cohort (n=279) of resectable cutaneous melanoma patients treated with neoadjuvant immune checkpoint inhibitors, 43% achieved a major pathological response including 37% complete response, with 69% 24-month event-free survival. These real-world outcomes are comparable to randomized trials, validating the routine clinical applicability of neoadjuvant ICI for resectable melanoma.
