Real-world outcomes of BrECADD therapy in advanced-stage classical Hodgkin lymphoma: A multicentre retrospective study

This 19-centre Israeli real-world cohort (n=100) confirms that BrECADD achieves remarkable efficacy comparable to the landmark HD21 trial in a high-risk advanced Hodgkin lymphoma population, with 83% PET-2 negativity enabling de-escalation from 6 to 4 cycles and only 4% requiring radiotherapy. Haematologic toxicity (83% grade ≥3 neutropenia) was manageable, with 95% completing planned cycles, supporting BrECADD feasibility outside controlled trial settings.
