End-of-treatment PET/CT complete remission predicted significantly longer progression-free and overall survival in nodal peripheral T-cell lymphoma across a large Australasian-Canadian multicenter collaborative cohort. EOT-PET negativity is validated as a strong independent prognostic marker in this aggressive lymphoma subtype.
