Felzartamab (anti-CD38) re-dosing guided by dd-cfDNA monitoring reduced microvascular inflammation to score 0 in 64% of AMR kidney transplant patients (11/11) at week 52; stable graft function; dd-cfDNA-guided dosing was feasible with variable dose requirements.
