This study introduces circulating epigenetic and epitranscriptomic marks as a new class of liquid biopsy biomarkers in NSCLC, demonstrating their ability to identify EGFR mutation status and predict treatment response to TKI therapy. These epimarks complement conventional ctDNA mutation analysis and could improve precision treatment selection, particularly in patients with insufficient tissue.
