Long-term follow-up of third generation anti-CD30 CAR T-cell therapy in relapsed/refractory CD30+ lymphomas: a single-arm, multicentre, phase 1-2 trial.
Anti-CD30 CAR T cells achieve durable remission in over 70% of resistant lymphoma patients at three-year follow-up.
In this single-arm multicentre phase 1/2 trial, 44 patients with relapsed/refractory CD30+ lymphoma received third-generation anti-CD30 CAR-T cells and achieved 95.5% ORR with manageable toxicity (grade ≥3 CRS 4.5%). At 3-year follow-up, OS was 79.0% and PFS 74.2%, with patients receiving consolidation auto-HSCT showing significantly better best CR rates (75% vs 45%) and survival outcomes compared to CAR-T alone.
