Plant auxin receptor system (AFB1/IAA7) repurposed as a dose-dependent, rapid, reversible ON-switch for CAR-T cells demonstrates potent cytotoxicity against B-cell lymphoma in vitro and in vivo; auxCAR-T cells maintain memory phenotype and show reduced exhaustion versus conventional designs.
