A single-center Phase II trial of dual LAG-3/PD-1 blockade (IBI110+sintilimab) in 28 advanced alveolar soft part sarcoma patients achieved a 51.8% objective response rate including 4 complete responses, with median PFS and OS not reached at 33.6-month follow-up. This result substantially exceeds the historical <40% ORR benchmark for single PD-1 inhibition in this ultra-rare orphan indication.
