Monomorphic epitheliotropic intestinal T-cell lymphoma (MEITL) is a rare and highly aggressive type of intestinal T-cell lymphoma. This article summarizes the current status and recent advances in the diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for MEITL in clinical practice and provides a reference for the design of future prospective, multicenter clinical studies.
