BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: This study aimed to evaluate the locoregional control in early-stage natural killer/T-cell lymphoma (NKTCL) patients treated with sandwich chemoradiotherapy. CONCLUSION: Asparaginase-based sandwich chemoradiotherapy shows favorable efficacy in early-stage NKTCL, with distinct locoregional recurrence patterns.
