Obstetric and thrombotic outcomes among pregnant patients with…
We performed a multicenter retrospective propensity score-matched cohort study using the TriNetX database to evaluate maternal, obstetric, and thrombotic outcomes among pregnant patients with MPN compared with matched non-MPN controls. Pregnancies in patients with MPN are associated with significantly increased maternal, obstetric, and venous thrombotic complications, highlighting the need for multidisciplinary management and individualized thromboprophylaxis strategies.

BACKGROUND: Optimal management of older patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) following progression on immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) remains uncertain, as large-scale evidence guiding second-line therapy in this population is limited. However, the efficacy of single-agent chemotherapy as second-line treatment was comparable to real-world outcomes reported prior to ICIs.

BACKGROUND: Therapeutic advances have substantially prolonged survival in multiple myeloma (MM). As survival improves, these findings support integrating cardiovascular care, infection prevention, and long-term management of comorbidities into MM survivorship strategies.

BACKGROUND: A second allogeneic transplant (HSCT2) may offer cure for selected patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) relapsing after first transplant (HSCT1), however, outcomes have historically been poor, largely driven by high incidence of subsequent relapse. Careful optimization of patient selection and timing of transplant remains critical to maximize long-term outcomes.

Targeted therapies significantly extend the survival of patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). It lays a reliable foundation on the interactions between MPN + MDS and GBM for future research, and offers insights for building multidisciplinary team collaboration.
